Investment support entity
Binh Thuan business support - tourism - trade - investment promotion center Province (BSIBC) shall provide support, consultancy to the investors as required.
The investor intends to invest in Binh Thuan Province shall be provided with consultancy for free on investment procedure, land lease, free supply of document forms, be guided and introduced with care to locations for consideration of investment with simple, convenient, time saving procedure of investment.
SERVICES THAT BINH THUAN BSIPC PROVIDES TO THE INVESTORS
- Advise, support, provide information and instructions to the investor in studying polices, mechanism, procedure and formalities in issue of investment license in Binh Thuan Province;
Provide assistance services to the investor like investment project compilation, compilation of application for investment license, application for business registration, application for investment incentives registration, etc.
Consult in development of investment project: compile the application for land hand over, land lease, premise clearance and compensation program, design and survey report, report on impact on environment, etc. as required by the investor.
INVESTMENT SERVICES
I. Investor can select 2 kinds of service contract:
- Package service contract: Investor delegates the Center to execute all required procedures of the project follow the government regulation.
- Partial service contract: Investor delegates the Center to execute a part of required procedures of the project follow the government regulation.
II. Service charge:
Service charge of supporting investor is identified by percentage (%) of total value of fees, processing fees and costs of investment procedures based on the current government policy which were paid by the Center on be half of investor during investment project execution phase.

Service charge was identified on Service contract signed by investor and the Center. All fees, processing fees and investment procedures costs which are followed the government regulation will be paid by the Center base on investor’s delegation. The service charge will be calculated on these fees. All fees and related tasks are listed in detail in the service contract.
